Went and had a look around at some cars on my own one day last week at this dealer as heard that they were reasonable ,went to the office where sat a very arrogant man smoking which I thought wasn't supposed to happen inside areas that the public access. When I asked his name he said it was Phil but I didn't really need to know that . I have never met anybody so arrogant and rude in all my life so I just left and would honestly say I will not return there again and feel no female should go there on there own and have to go through what I did.
