Kia dealer, nice welcome, knowledgeable sales person, tried a few second hand cars, but wasn't impressed. Good prices though, but they didn't have a car suited to our requirements.
Utterly impressed with the service in doing a repair on my Kia Sorento. It had been having issues with acceleration and breaking down whilst driving, so brought in to run diagnostics. They found there was a fault with the delamination tank but were completely honest and said that this was a fault with these models and that Kia should be able to contribute towards the repair. They communicated with Kia Head Office over a couple of days, achieved authorisation on repair and ordered the part on Friday, expecting to fit and fix it late the following week. I then had a pleasantly surprising call on Monday morning to say the part turned up so you worked on it straight away and it was ready for collection! Their speedy efficient service has been second to none and I would thoroughly recommend to friends/family.
I've been into Newbarn Kia in Bognor Regis several times now and they've been helpful courteous and professional on every occasion. As a Motability customer I'm used getting treated like something the dogs dragged in at motor dealers but at Newbarn I get treated like a customer with no hesitation or problems. Thank you Newbarn you are brilliant and I will keep coming back time and time again.

Just two visits to the showroom, met each time after leaving me to have a browse by really pleasant sales staff. Answered carefully all queries and again left me to continue browsing.I ended up yesterday buying a car, if the after sales is as good as pre sales I look forward to a great relationship.I would certainly recommend this outlet.
