Looked at a selection of used cars and they were all in excellent condition and washed, which is more than I can say for some car dealers! The salesman I spoke to was helpful and not too pushy, a pleasant experience all in all :-)
Lack of customer service let's this longtime established company. Every car I have bought from dealers have always contacted me a week or two later to see if I'm happy with my purchase (10k cash) they lost the v5 (I never ever saw/signed it) waited and waited they never resolved it I had to sort it out myself... not good
