Totally "lost" all record of a booking I made - despite me having it written down BY the surgery. Rude receptionists and extremely difficult to get through on the phone. I'll be changing surgery's ASAP.
The last doctor I saw here was too bone idle to get out of his chair to check my ear. I was left to my own devices, and what was a simple problem, became a large one, and have spent the last 17 years of my life blighted with Tinnitus.
Absolutely terrible ! I've had a dislocated hip since my son was born 9 weeks ago. And these doctors have happily neglected both of our care. I have made 5 appointment in the last 3 weeks two cancelled by the doctors and two where not booked correctly so I couldn't be seen one was an hour late then when I finally got to see the doctor she told me she could only see me for 5 mins as she was running late and to hurry up. Have been waiting ever since for results. still not received. numerous call backs never received just awrfull patient care or lack of !
Worst surgery ever Avoid if you can!They hung out call,forcing you to change your pharmacy .Beacuse of the surgery I'm over 5 days without my medication which should be send electronically to my boots pharmacy in Worthing .They keep telling me the boots pharmacy doesn't came up on they system and they cannot send my repeat medication.In what century they stuck on?Very disappointed with the service Avoid Avoid Avoid
Pharmacy and practice keep in touch with each other, pharmacy will make a follow up phone call when you have new medication to see how you are getting on with medication
