I have a Dell 9Q33 12.5 inch XPS ultrabook. The original Dell battery expanded pushing the touchpad up out of the case. I bought a 'no brand' chinese battery which solved the issue of the touchpad. However, the laptop refused to charge the battery as it was not a genuine Dell and also the battery mis-reported it was 100% charged when it had no charge. So, 50 wasted.Dell wouldn't help, said it was out of warranty and did not have the battery anyway. Other providers seem to take advantage of this and charge a fortune for the battery. I found Black Cat online and called Rob to confirm that it was a new, genuine Dell and he said yes and in stock, so I ordered.Arrived the next day, genuine Dell and fitted in 10 minutes (you have to take the laptop back off to fit). All working, happily charging and a very happy customer.Wholeheartedly recommend Black Cat for all of your Dell spares needs. Will definitely use again. Thanks Rob!
