Ordered a washing machine on Monday 17th December at the Bognor Regis store with next day delivery. Didn't receive a call regarding delivery on the Tuesday or Wednesday. Went back in store on Thursday & was told delivery wouldn't be until 3rd January 2019. We really wanted the machine before Christmas & was disappointed that no one contacted us.

Wouldnt even rate argos in Sainsburys a one star women was very rude and their was no need for it at all, not meaning this in a horrible way but didnt catch her name in the badge and had some acne if anyone knows her name please let me know
The lady was very helpful especially as I had left my glass at home. She took time to go through products as I one I had come purchase was unavailable
